NEW HAMPSHIRE (GaeaTimes.com) — With only few more hours remaining before the winner is declared, contestant Ovide Lamontagne is full of optimism regarding his victory.
With only 50% of the votes being counted, former Attorney General Kelly Ayotte and lawyer Ovid Lamontagne are only separated by a margin of few hundred votes. Ovide Lamontagne says he is proud of what his campaign has accomplished, considering he trailed Ayotte by double digits in early polling, and was significantly outspent.
Ovid has declared that although he is hopeful about his victory, he will support Ayotte if she wins. Kelly Ayotte has also agreed to do the same if Lamontagne wins the race to the throne of U.S. Senate in New Hampshire.
