BRUSSELS - Ahead of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao’s visit to India next week, Beijing has assured New Delhi that it will sort out all “difficult” issues, including that of stapled visas to Kashmiris.

An official source said that India will raise “the visa and other difficult issues” with the Chinese premier, who arrives in India Dec 15.

The matter has been raised with Chiense officials recently at various levels and they have assured that “we will solve it”, the official said.

The official source spoke even as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Brussels at the head of an Indian delegation for talks with the European Union. He leaves for Berlin on a day-long visit Saturday.
