Clinton: US will impose new sanctions on NKorea
SEOUL, South Korea — U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says Washington will impose new sanctions on communist North Korea.
Clinton said at a joint press conference in Seoul on Wednesday the sanctions are part of a series of measures designed to stop nuclear proliferation. She says the moves are meant to halt illicit activities that help fund the Pyongyang regime’s atomic weapons program.
