LUCKNOW, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- Shahla Muzaffar has unwillingly transformed herself to be the new face of Gujarat government and its political campaign. When asked about it she called the whole affair to be “a sick joke”. It was in Aligarh Shibli National College where Shahla Muzaffar had appeared for her for Post Graduate entrance test and had demanded an unconditional apology. It was way back in the executive meeting of the party held at Patna where she unknowingly helped to promote “secular Narendra Modi Sarkar”.
Shahla Muzaffar told the media that everybody is aware of Narendra Modi and his attitude towards the minority class. She says that it’s a fake advertisement from the political party and that she regrets to be the center point of the discussion. It was both Shahla Muzaffar and her friends Fareen Mehmood and Fauzia Zarin whose photographs had appeared in a full page advertisement that promoted the secular ideals of the Narendra Modi government. The advertisement got published in the newspapers as a part of the political campaign of Narendra Modi before the minister visited Patna for his meeting.
In the wake of the issue the V. Thirupugazh who happens to be the Gujarat information commissioner told the media that the photographs of Shahla Muzaffar used in the advertisement was symbolic and no way meant to hurt the sentiments of any minority class. Shahla Muzaffar informed the media that she had earlier posed for a foreign magazine a couple of years back that was featured alongside an article on Muslim girls and their existence in the community. She says that she had no idea that her simple act of posing for a photograph would turn out to be a such a huge affair.
