Delhi assembly’s winter session from Nov 23

NEW DELHI - The Delhi cabinet Tuesday decided to convene a nine-day winter session of the state assembly from Nov 23.
“A communication will be sent to Lt Governor Tejendra Khanna to summon a nine-day winter session from Nov 23 to Dec 1,” Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit told reporters after the cabinet meeting.
The assembly will have seven sittings.
The winter session of the state assembly has been brought forward this time as it generally begins in first week of December.
