WASHINGTON (GaeaTimes.com)- The experience of Harvard professor Elizabeth Warren is indispensable to the advised consumer financial protection bureau and the White House has proved how to put things in place. Democratic officials claim that the President of United States Barack Obama has planned to declare the name of Elizabeth Warren as a member to set up the proposed Consumer Financial Protection bureau. However, her position in the bureau has been tailored as such that the Government will not need any confirmation from the Senators to recruit Elizabeth Warren in the position. She will be joining the White House as an assistant to President Barack Obama and a special adviser to Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner.

The White House has been long planning to include Elizabeth Warren, who is also a well-known consumer advocate, in the bureau. However, not liked by the Republicans, who had opposed the inclusion of Elizabeth Warren, the Obama government decided not to make her the head of the bureau reportedly. The position of the head of the bureau would have meant necessary confirmation from the senators which in the present setup it would not be needing. Reports claim that she was the first to come up with the idea of the consumer protection bureau.

Elizabeth Warren will be advising the Consumer Financial Protection bureau that will be working to guide the customers from hidden fees and deceptive statements in lending practices of different companies. Her inclusion in the bureau will be made official by Friday. However, reports claim that there are likely chances that the Republicans will oppose the sidestepping of the senators’ confirmation in the appointment of Elizabeth Warren.
