President Barack Obama’s Speech Creates Sensation

WASHINGTON (GaeaTimes.com)- The president of USA Barack Obama delivered the long awaited presidential address on the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq in Oval House today and the media entities covered the event as expected. As it is clear from his speech the USA is finally putting an end to the combat mission in Iraq and leaving it to the stabilized US government to maintain peace and order in the battle ravaged country. The president acknowledged the contribution of the US troops and paid his tribute to those who had lost their lives in the mission over the last few years. It appeared that the president was not very excited about withdrawal of troops from Iraq as many political veterans have already expressed their skepticism about the repercussions of the withdrawals.

The speech of President Barack Obama was watched by millions of viewers since four major channels covered it live. The general opinion will go in favor of the president as the war has cost USA over $1 trillion in last 7 years.
