Support Shashi Tharoor? Well, India Won’t!
By Ritika Bhuwalka, Gaea News NetworkMonday, April 19, 2010
NEW DELHI, India, (GaeaTimes.com)- It seems that there is no end to the troubles that the Congress is facing with its junior External Affairs Minister Shashi Tharoor. What with the IPL drama still going on, Shashi Tharoor has now been blamed of not being able to read the pulse of the Indian polity. While the minister himself has been trying to promote his Support Tharoor campaign, the government seems less interested.
Recently in one of the parliamentary sittings of the Rajya Sabha, when Shashi Tharoor read out the papers listed against his name, there were smiles and sniggers from all corners of the room. Reportedly, the Minister’s English was so accented that those present, including some of the Congress family faced difficulty understanding what he read out. Do they support Shashi Tharoor? We don’t think so! There is hardly any doubt about the fact that Shashi Tharoor’s career in international politics has been a prosperous one but from the very beginning of his career in the Indian political circle Shashi Tharoor has messed it up.
Shashi Tharoor may have introduced the Twitter to Indian politics, but his tweets too did not support Tharoor when he finally called it quits yesterday, resigning from his position in the ministry. Even before the Kochi IPL controversy attacked him from all around, Shashi Tharoor was busy courting trouble through his Tweets on India’s visa rules and the Congress’ austerity drives. Shashi Tharoor may have waited for an opportunity to speak to the Indian Prime Minister to convince him of his stand in the country’s political structure and in the IPL. Receiving no support from anywhere, Shashi Tharoor has taken the decision to exit government.

Hi all, Also we never heard any support to this gentleman from anybody from Kerala politicians. What it reveals is that everybody likes personalities with corruptions and whom they can make the poor citizens of India in a dilema. In nutshell, all politicians in Kerala and India needs somebody who can be a driver for the non-ethical mafias who entirely drives the BCCI and IPL. What really need is to BAN BCCI and IPL and let these cricketing and all sports come under the sports council of India’s direct control. Why a private body which is standing just for business benefits is required for us?. Sports and arts are talents like any other professional skill which should be projected and shown as the single line of attraction which echoes a nations national integration and uniqueness while crossing the religious, language and all such boundaries. no one could not be provided any chance to take any single paisa as business benefit out of this sporting. Also never treat these as a celebrity show. should treat as similar to other professions . We are taking some steps to put these in to the consideration of the Most Respected Supreme Court in the nearby future. Dear Central Goct, Please prove you can guarantee a real promising sports to the citizens in its true spirit. We don’t want a sport Under a Team with Business man and politicians like Sharad Pawar, Dalid Mody etc… Most Respected Mr.Shashi Tharoor. All the very best. Keep fighting for the goodness of the socity. The real india who seeks the true india is with you. We need to fight against the corruption. We need a victory over all the evil spirits in our indian politics and sporting world and there by make our country a place where no injustice can win. Please lead this india with your true spirit. we never believe anything wrong happened from your side because your name is well above all politicians . We feel Shashi Tharoor means - A true social worker , scholar ,smart technocrat, great administrator, a terradata knowledge bank ,a citizen who works for the overall developement and goodness for the society. |

Tharoor we, the yooth of INDIA love you and respect you. We are sure that you does’n commit any corruptions. Lalith Modi is the beast of this cricket era, nobody can do nothing against him..Why he published kerala IPL team’s staks in a public site, why he is hiding his properties from IT Dept ? Tharoor became a victim of Lalith and Narendra Modies cocus and evil plan.. We support you Tharoor |

Since when has Mr. Tharoor become a GOD ,for twice I heard him say on the TV channels”I gave my blessings to the Kochi team……” Is he living in feudal India that his blessings are required?Does he thinks that the minister can do anything and get away with it?There is much more to it and his exit should be treated as a begining for for an IB investigation rather as an ending. |

I support Mr. Tharror. He is not culprit like all other currepted politicians in India. He is a nice gentleman and very efficiant also. India doesn’t deserve a qualified minister like him. We need only criminals and cuprits and uneducated and uncivilised chaps to rule us. Poor india and poor indians Best wishes Mr.Sashi Tharoor. Go ahead and keep ur quality. Basil |
