Jammu and Kashmir’s merger with India is final: BJP

JAMMU - Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday stated that Jammu and Kashmir’s merger with India was final and there was no scope for reopening of this issue.
Stating Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah must understand that the merger of Jammu and Kashmir with India was final and a closed chapter, BJP’s National General Secretary Vijay Goel said that he (Omar) should know that there is no scope for reopening it or putting the clock back.
Speaking on the recent appointment of interlocutors for the Kashmir issue, Goel said they hold no political experience to find a political solution to the Kashmir issue. (ANI)
