Marina Silva Appears on Brazil’s First Online Presedential Debate

BRASILIA (GaeaTimes.com) — The Green Party nominee Marina Silva appeared on Brazil’s first online debate over Brazilian Presidency, along with Dilma Rousseff (Worker’s Party) and Jose Serra ( Brazilian Social Democracy) on August 6.
The 2 hour long debate took place at Sao Paulo Catholic University, in front of 700 live audience. Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo organized this debate along with internet giant Uol. Over 50 million Brazilians followed the debate over the internet.
