New York (GaeaTimes.com) General Stanley A. McChrystal, US commander in Afghanistan was directed to attend the monthly meeting on Afghanistan and Pakistan in person to explain his quotes in the piece about his colleagues, as the reports say. He apologized late Monday for his published remarks to a US Magazine. He reportedly mocked and criticized top American officials. The leading military commander in Afghanistan said in a statement that it was all a mistake.

I extend my sincerest apology for this profile.

He stated,

It was a mistake reflecting poor judgment and should never have happened.

General Stanley McChrystal is normally cautious about his public statements but he was caught in unguarded moments in the Rolling Stone article. It is reported that McChrystal joked sarcastically about the preparing to answer a question which had reference to Vice President Joe Bidden.

Are you asking about Vice President Bidden?

McChrystal reportedly said with a laugh.

Who’s that?

It seems that a divide is opening up between the military and the White House and some are criticizing White House to tackle the issue more quickly.

General McChrystal now heads the 68,000 US troops in Afghanistan and also the 100,000 Nato forces. He is a former special operations chief from 2003 to 2008. Stanley McChrystal was credited with the death of Abu Musad al-Zarqawi, the leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq. He was criticized for his role in the cover up of the Pat Tillman friendly fire incident. From August 2008 to June 2009 he served as Director, Joint Staff and he assumed his current assignment on June 15, 2009.

Gen. Stanley McChrystal needs to render “NO” apology!!!! As an American and General, he has the right to express his opinions under Freedom of Expression laws. The US Constitution grands him that much. Like so, the minute we are sanctioned by expressing our diversity of differences of opinion, then we are “NO” longer a democracy but a State of Fascism! America, wake up, this is a True Hero! Thus, a State of “Anarchy” is approaching with the New World Order…
