Halappa Video Evokes Arrest Warrant

BANGALORE, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- BJP member Venkateshmurthy who claimed that he had video evidence of Hartal Halappa trying to molest his wife has gone ahead with the evidence to file rape charges against the Food and Civil supplies minister. Reportedly, the Halappa video shows the minister in a half naked state as the husband filmed him while he made advances towards Chandravati. As a matter of fact, Halappa video has thrown some light on the Civil and Food supplies minister.

The Halappa video was released on Sunday by Venkateshmurthy and was handed over to the investigators of the case. However, the Chief Minister made it clear that no decision can be taken on the basis of Halapaa Video which is not very distinct so as to figure out the real culprit.

In accordance to the Halappa video, the police have already gone ahead to file a rape charge against the minister and told the media that an arrest warrant shall be issued against the minister in a few days. It was also said that the crime charges finds grounds under the Indian Penal Code which makes it a non-bailable offence. The Halapaa video which has been released by the police as major evidence to the crime has also provoked BS Yeddyurappa, the Chief Minister to call upon the officials of CID (Criminal Investigation Department) so that they could take the minister in custody until the investigation gets over. When asked about the Halappa video, the chief Minister said that he has already discussed the case with Ajay Kumar Singh, the director of the police and that he hopes that CID interference in the case will definitely bring out the truth.
