Chandrababu Naidu Upbeat About Party

HYDERABAD, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The president of the Telugu Desam party, Chandrababu Naidu is confident about the position of his party. He recently addressed a batch of TRS workers and expressed his opinion that the Telengana statehood issue has both political and mass implication. He clarified in his speech that he has instructed his party workers to observe the wishes of the people and act accordingly. The leader tried to maintain a balance in his speech and maintained that both Andhra and Telengana are of equal importance to him.
Chandrababu Naidu, the former chief minister said that Congress is not trying to cater to the needs of the people. He expressed his belief that with Nawaj Reddy returning to the party, TDP would emerge stronger entity. The former CM also released a poster for the proposed April 27 Hartal, protesting price hike. The event was attended by a number of anti Congress political leaders such as Forward Bloc’s Muralidhar Deshpande and K Narayana, the CPI State secretary. While talking to the reporters, Chandrababu Naidu said that both the star government and central government have failed miserably to stop the hike in the price of essential commodities.
Chandrababu Naidu also slammed the UA government for failing to keep the issues related to the IPL under control and also said that the government acted on the issue irresponsibly. He also said that the resignation of Shashi Tharoor, the union minister make the claims of the opposition stronger. It is being speculated that the TDP chief is trying to cope up with the pressure given by his party to strike an alliance with the BJP led NDA.
