Statement by the Press Secretary

On Monday, November 07, 2011, the President signed into law:
H.R. 489, which clarifies the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior with respect to the C.C. Cragin Dam and Reservoir in the State of Arizona;
H.R. 765, the “Ski Area Recreational Opportunity Enhancement Act of 2011,” which clarifies the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture regarding additional recreational uses of National Forest System land that is subject to ski area permits;
H.R. 1843, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service as the John Pangelinan Gerber Post Office Building;
H.R. 1975, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service as the First Lieutenant Oliver Goodall Post Office Building;
H.R. 2062, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service as the Matthew A. Pucino Post Office; and
H.R. 2149, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service as the Cecil L. Heftel Post Office Building.
