Kylie Minogue’s Christmas wishes for Brit troops in Afghanistan

LONDON - British Prime Minister David Cameron and singer Kylie Minogue have extended their Christmas messages to the British troops serving in Afghanistan.

Others who sent tributes included actor Liam Neeson, comic Ricky Gervais and singer James Blunt.

Cameron praised the ‘enormous sacrifices’ made by the servicemen and women to keep safe citizens at home, reports the Sun.

Kylie wished all the troops a Merry Christmas, adding: “We’re thinking about you and send you lots of love.”

The messages was aired on Jeremy Vine’s Radio 2 special ‘Remembering The Troops’ on Thursday. (ANI)
