LAHORE - Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari has said that becoming the Prime Minister of the country should not be restricted to two times only, saying that no parliamentary system of government in the world contains such a constraint.

Zardari’s statement attains much importance in view of his reconciliation policy with the Sharifs.

It is worth mentioning here that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had also expressed his desire of re-entering the Prime Minister’s office.

Addressing the media at the Governor’s House here, Zardari said the Sharif’s have the right to criticise him.

Earlier, Zardari had said that he would keep on trusting his critics even if they do not.

“I trust them even if they do not trust me,” Zardari said, what appeared to be a clear reference to the Sharifs, who have been heard accusing the President in the recent past. (ANI)
