We want friendly ties with Pakistan: PM

NEW DELHI - Stating that India wanted friendly ties with Pakistan, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Monday asked Islamabad to dismantle terror infrastructure on its soil.

We want friendly relations with Pakistan but this can happen only when our neighbour will see to it that there are no terrorist activities on its soil against India, Manmohan Singh said in his address at the 83rd Congress plenary in Burari here.

“We wish Pakistan well,” he said.
