Andhra Chief Minister Rosaiah says he’s quitting

HYDERABAD - Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K. Rosaiah announced Wednesday that he would be quitting on grounds of health. He told reporters that he would submit his resignation to Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan.

The Congress Legislature Party (CLP) will elect a new leader at its meeting Wednesday evening, sources said.
