NEW DELHI - Paying homage to those who lost their lives in the east Delhi building collapse last week, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit Tuesday said that the government would take special care of the 13 children orphaned in the accident.

“The government is concerned about the children who were orphaned after the building collapsed in east Delhi. But I promise that special care would be given for their education and later on in their life. They will also be housed,” Dikshit said.

A five-storey house collapsed in east Delhi’s Lalita Park locality Nov 15, killing at least 69 people, including daily wage workers from Bihar and West Bengal.
