Last week in Haiti he said he was taking the necessary legal steps toward running for president, including having his fingerprints taken by the judicial police. Though lastly he said he is not yet decisive about the future but, we can tell from his activities what he is upto.
Jean, 37, was born in Haiti but left soon after and was raised in Brooklyn, New York.
