UAE, Turkmenistan sign bilateral agreements

ABU DHABI - The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Turkmenistan have signed bilateral agreements for cooperation in various fields, WAM news agency reported Tuesday.

UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Malikgulyyewi Berdimuhamedow, attended the signing ceremony of the two Memoranda of Understanding (MoU).

UAE Economy Minister Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri signed the MoU between the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Khoja Mohammedov signed on the side of Turkmenistan.

Al Mansouri and Mohammedov also signed an MoU on economic, trade and technological cooperation.
